How to open the apartment

Find the door

Address: Calle Tubalitas, 24D, apt 7B, Manilva, 2nd floor. If the garage door is open, be sure to use the parking space assigned to apartment 7B.

Get your keys

On the front door knob there will be a locker. Enter the passcode you got via email to get your keys. Before you open the apartment, get ready to disarm the alarm. Read the next page to learn how.

Take the locker with you

Our communal district disapproves of anything hanging from any apartment. To release the locker from the door handle, push a switch inside the locker.

How to handle the alarm

Find the alarm device

After you enter the apartment, it will be on your left. If armed, it will be beeping.

Disarming the alarm

Touch the alarm with the white tag on your keychain. The beeping should stop.

Arming the alarm

When you leave the apartment, press the home button on the alarm, then touch it with the white tag on your keychain. If armed, the alarm will start beeping.

Privacy notice

If you fail to disarm the alarm, CCTV takes a picture of you and sends it to a security guard.

The Panic Box

Located in the dining room. When removed from the wall, it will immediately call Emergency services. You can use it, but be sure to have a reason. Otherwise, you might be fined up to 500€.

Central alarm station

Located behind the couch. DO NOT unplug it from the wall, doing so will trigger an alarm.

Where do I take the garbage to?

The garbage disposal area is unlocked, take a look at a map below to find it.

How do I get hot water in my shower?

Turning on boilers helps ;) There are two of them. The first one is in a wardrobe of the smaller bedroom. Adjust its knob to turn it on. The other boiler is in a storage closet in the main bedroom. Turn the left knob clockwise, then adjust the temperature knob as desired.
